These Terms apply to all recruitment and consulting services provided by The HR Guys (Europe) Limited trading as fillyourjob.com (“the Agency”).


1. Definitions

Agency means The HR Guys (Europe) Limited trading as fillyourjob.com
Client means the organisation engaging the Agency.
Candidate means any individual introduced or sourced.
Introduction means the provision of any candidate details via email, phone, or client portal.
Engagement means any employment or engagement of a Candidate by the Client or any Group Company.


2. Scope of Services

The Agency provides recruitment support through three service levels:

  • Candidate Attraction Service
  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment
  • Bespoke Consulting Support

The agreed service level will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

The Agency will use reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee that any Candidate will accept or remain in employment.


3. Candidate Attraction Service (Fixed Fee Sourcing)

The Candidate Attraction Service is a sourcing and advertising service.

The Agency will:

  • Create and promote the vacancy
  • Conduct database and LinkedIn search
  • Undertake an initial relevance review
  • Provide a longlist of interested candidates via the client portal

The service is delivered as a 28-day attraction campaign.

The fixed fee of £1,950 for UK or €2325 for EU clients is invoiced upon instruction and is non-refundable once the campaign has commenced.

The Client is responsible for:

  • Shortlisting
  • Interview management
  • Offer process
  • Final hiring decision

Once candidate details have been provided, the Client may engage any Candidate without any additional placement fee becoming payable.

No replacement guarantee applies to this service.

Additional consulting days may be purchased at £650 or €750 per day.


4. Full Lifecycle Recruitment Service

Where the Client engages the Agency to manage the recruitment process through to offer:

A fixed recruitment fee will be agreed at the start of the assignment.

The fee is typically based on  20% of the Candidate’s annual remuneration, unless otherwise agreed.

A 25% retainer is invoiced upon instruction and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance becomes payable upon acceptance of an offer by the Candidate.


5. Candidate Ownership (Full Lifecycle Only)

For Full Lifecycle assignments, a fee is payable if a Candidate introduced by the Agency is engaged by the Client or any Group Company within 12 months of Introduction.

This applies to permanent, interim, contract, or consultancy engagements.


6. Replacement Guarantee (Full Lifecycle Only)

If a permanent placement leaves within 12 weeks of commencement, the Agency will conduct a replacement search at no additional professional fee.

The guarantee is subject to:

  • All invoices being paid within agreed terms
  • The role remaining substantially unchanged
  • Termination not due to redundancy
  • Notification within 7 days

Only one replacement will be provided.


7. Bespoke Consulting Support

Additional consulting services are available at £650 or €750 per day.

The number of days will be agreed in advance and invoiced accordingly.


8. Confidentiality and Data Use

All candidate information is confidential and must be used solely for recruitment purposes.

Candidate data must not be shared externally without permission.

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection legislation.


9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate role information
  • Conduct right-to-work and reference checks
  • Make final employment decisions
  • Provide timely feedback


10. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Late payment may result in suspension of services.


11. Liability

The Agency accepts no liability for Candidate performance.

Total liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service.


12. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing.

Termination does not affect fees already due.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
