Candidate Introduction and Data Use

All candidate details provided by fillyourjob.com are confidential.

CVs, profiles, and contact information are shared solely for the purpose of assessing suitability for the specific vacancy discussed.

Clients must not share candidate details with any third party without written permission.

Candidate information must not be used for any purpose other than recruitment activity related to the agreed assignment.


Ownership of Candidate Introductions

A candidate is considered introduced when their details are shared with the client by fillyourjob.com, whether via email, client portal, or any other method.

If the client, or any associated business, engages the candidate within 12 months of introduction, a placement fee will be payable. This is only applicable for clients working on the full life cycle retained model

This applies whether the hire is:

  • Permanent
  • Fixed term
  • Interim
  • Contract
  • Direct or indirect


Candidate Contact

Clients must not approach candidates directly outside the agreed recruitment process without notifying fillyourjob.com.

All interview coordination and communication should be managed through the agreed process unless otherwise confirmed.


Data Security Responsibilities

Clients receiving candidate information through the portal or via email must:

  • Store candidate data securely
  • Restrict access to relevant hiring stakeholders
  • Delete candidate data if requested
  • Comply with UK GDPR and applicable EU data regulations


Unauthorised Use

If candidate details are used outside the agreed process or shared with another organisation, fillyourjob.com reserves the right to charge the full placement fee.
