Overview
The Candidate Attraction Service is designed to generate interest in your role and build a credible longlist of relevant candidates.
This is a light-touch recruitment support service focused on attracting and presenting candidates, with the client managing the selection and hiring process.
Investment
£1,950 / €2,325 per role profile
The service covers one defined role.
Multiple hires may be made from the same campaign if appropriate.
The fee is invoiced on instruction and payable within agreed terms.
Candidate profiles will be shared through the client portal once the assignment is active.
Delivery Model
The service runs as a 28-day attraction campaign.
The campaign is structured around approximately three days of expert recruiter support delivered across the assignment period.
During this time we continue active search and outreach to maximise candidate reach and build the strongest possible pipeline.

Candidates who confirm interest and meet the agreed criteria are added to the longlist.
Candidate Longlist Access
Candidates are presented through the secure client portal.
For each candidate you will be able to:
- Review CV
- Rate suitability
- Add internal comments
- Download details
- Progress to interview directly
Candidates appear in the portal as they are approved.
Scope and Responsibilities
fillyourjob.com is responsible for:
- Market positioning
- Candidate attraction
- Initial relevance review
The Client is responsible for:
- Shortlisting
- Interviews
- Offer management
- Ongoing candidate communication once profiles are accessed
Candidate experience is a core principle. We provide clear and respectful communication to applicants who are not progressed and encourage clients to respond promptly so candidates are not left waiting.
No placement guarantee or replacement service applies to this model.
Output Expectations
The volume of candidates will vary depending on market conditions and role requirements.
The Agency will continue search activity across the full 28-day campaign to maximise outreach and candidate engagement.
No guarantee of shortlist or hire is provided under this service.
Additional Support
Additional consulting support can be added at any time.
£650 or €750 per day
This may include:
- Additional LinkedIn search
- Candidate screening
- Shortlist support
- Process advice
Extending the Campaign
If further attraction activity is required after 28 days, the campaign can be extended through:
- Agreed additional consulting days, or
- A refreshed attraction campaign (£975 / €1,165)
