Overview
Our Full Lifecycle Recruitment solution provides end-to-end support from initial brief through to accepted offer.
This service is designed for roles where you want a dedicated partner to manage the process, apply expert input at each stage, and maintain consistent candidate engagement.
Assignments are delivered through our experienced specialist recruiters and senior HR and Talent professionals.
Investment
The recruitment fee is a fixed fee agreed on instruction that is typically 20% of the Candidate’s annual remuneration.
Retained Delivery Model
A 25% retainer is invoiced upon instruction and secures dedicated resource to the assignment.
The retainer is deducted from the total agreed fee.
The remaining balance becomes payable within 14 days of signed acceptance of the employment contract.
Example:
- £100,000 salary
- £20,000 fee
- £5,000 retainer on instruction
- £15,000 payable on completion
If the assignment is paused or cancelled, the retainer remains payable.
Scope of Service
FillYourJob manages the recruitment process from attraction through to offer.
This includes:
- Detailed briefing and market positioning
- Targeted job advertising
- Direct search and outreach
- Longlist creation
- Structured and fair candidate assessment
- Shortlist presentation
- Interview coordination
- Candidate engagement throughout
- Offer management and negotiation support
Candidates assessed and progressed will be visible through the client portal to provide real-time visibility of activity.
Working Model
A 30-day exclusivity period applies from the date of instruction to allow focused delivery.
Progress updates are provided through the client portal and scheduled discussions as required.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate role information
- Participate in interviews
- Provide timely feedback
- Make final hiring decisions
- Conduct right-to-work and reference checks
Candidate Ownership
A fee remains payable if a Candidate introduced is engaged by the Client or any Group Company within 12 months of Introduction.
This applies to permanent, interim, contract, or consultancy engagement.
Replacement Guarantee
If a permanent placement leaves within 12 weeks of their start date, fillyourjob.com will conduct a replacement search at no additional professional fee.
The guarantee is subject to:
- All invoices being settled within agreed terms
- The role remaining materially unchanged
- Termination not due to redundancy
- Notification within 7 days
One replacement search will be provided.
